We are initiating a follow-on review of the company’s readiness to undertake and oversee a master development procurement approach to redevelop Baltimore Penn Station. In a January 19, 2016 letter, members of the Maryland congressional delegation requested that we clarify the opinions expressed in an October 20, 2015 letter to Senator Barbara A. Mikulski and share our views with Amtrak’s leadership.
